7.2 Void Bets. pepsi77 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) it was placed in error due to a system malfunction or pricing error; (b) the relevant event was cancelled or declared void; (c) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms; or (d) the outcome was affected by suspicious activity.
7.3 Palpable Errors. Where a price, odds, or payout is published in error (palpable error), pepsi77 reserves the right to correct the error and void any resulting bets, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed or funds have been transferred.

10.3 In no event shall the aggregate liability of pepsi77 to any Member exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Member in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 pepsi77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) there is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms; (b) pepsi77 is required to do so by its licensing authority or by law; (c) fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity is detected; or (d) the Account has been inactive for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive months.
11.2 Upon termination of an Account in good standing, pepsi77 will process any withdrawal of remaining Funds (net of any forfeited Bonuses) subject to completion of applicable verification requirements.
11.3 Members wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting pepsi77 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the settlement of any pending bets or transactions.
